Carmine was wonderful! He took us from Sorrento to Positano & many points in between. He was knowledgeable & personable & always attune to our comfort. The drive was spectacular. A really special treat was the restaurant, trattoria La Tagliata , a family owned restaurant perched on the side of the cliff with amazing views. The food was literally fresh from the gardens on the premises& terrific! A truly fabulous day. Carmine is the best!
I had the great fortune to have met Carmine five years ago on my first Mediterranean cruise, as he was our private tour guide. He was truly incredible. My first experience is something I will remember forever. While booking our second trip, I immediately reached out to Carmine in hopes that he would be available. He was kind enough to give us Manuel as our guide. Immediately we knew Manuel was going to be the next best thing! He shared is knowledge, he is a safe driver; which is a must traveling through the Amalfi coastline, and has a beautiful voice, as he serenaded us!! Everything you read about Carmine and his drivers is true. They take their job as a guide very seriously. In addition, they love their jobs and it shows! They truly treat you like royalty and share the most beautiful sights in the world! I feel like we’ve got a friend forever in Carmine and now Manuel! Thank you both for making beautiful memories that will last a lifetime!
Review of: Amalfi Coast tour, explore a treasure chest of gems + farm to table lunch Myself and my wife had a fabulous day with Carmine. He took us to remote areas that were so romantic. The views were breathtaking and great photos. He took us to a family restaurant up on a mountain which was surreal. We felt so welcomed and special. The food was very good and feasible for the amount of food we got. We even had someone play the guitar for us and sang a beautiful sing in Italian. Very romantic. I could not ask for a better romantic day that we received. Carmine was knowledgeable and professional. He was so kind and accommodating throughout the day. But I knew the first time I received an email. I knew we had the right company. Very detailed oriented and precious. Thumbs up Via.
A Totally unforgettable experience. Carmine is an excellent driver and guide. His knowledge of the area, combined with his happy demeanor, pleasant personality, and dedication to his family business make him outstanding!! We felt safe, secure and special. He showed us unique areas in Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento, where we took hundreds of photos each better than the next. He took us to lunch at a farm to table restaurant, which was so special that we will never forget it, and hope to return one day
Carmine was AWESOME! His secret tour is the best. I've been to Amalfi four times now and Carmine was the best guide I've had by far. I won't share his secrets but they gave us (8 of us) views and experiences we hadn't had on previous trips here. He took us to an excellent restaurant where the food just kept coming and coming even though we were stuffed. We were never rushed. He even found time for us to go to a local shopping mall so my son could by a Napoli jersey. We loved Carmine.
Tour of my dream! My first time in Italy. I have been dreaming of a tour on the Amalfi Coast for many years and thanks to Carmine my dream came true. He took me and my cousin on what he called a "secret tour to the Carmine's Coast" ha ha ha beautiful scenes, beaches, towns, shops, FOOD! Excellent food!!! Carmine is very familiar with the area and described every inch of the road. We made stops for photo ops that came out so beautiful! The scenes were so unimaginable that it brought tears to my eyes. I love nature and this was the best experience of my life! I will treasure this tour in my heart forever!
