Review of: Amalfi Coast tour, explore a treasure chest of gems + farm to table lunch Myself and my wife had a fabulous day with Carmine. He took us to remote areas that were so romantic. The views were breathtaking and great photos. He took us to a family restaurant up on a mountain which was surreal. We felt so welcomed and special. The food was very good and feasible for the amount of food we got. We even had someone play the guitar for us and sang a beautiful sing in Italian. Very romantic. I could not ask for a better romantic day that we received. Carmine was knowledgeable and professional. He was so kind and accommodating throughout the day. But I knew the first time I received an email. I knew we had the right company. Very detailed oriented and precious. Thumbs up Via.
A Totally unforgettable experience. Carmine is an excellent driver and guide. His knowledge of the area, combined with his happy demeanor, pleasant personality, and dedication to his family business make him outstanding!! We felt safe, secure and special. He showed us unique areas in Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento, where we took hundreds of photos each better than the next. He took us to lunch at a farm to table restaurant, which was so special that we will never forget it, and hope to return one day
Carmine was AWESOME! His secret tour is the best. I've been to Amalfi four times now and Carmine was the best guide I've had by far. I won't share his secrets but they gave us (8 of us) views and experiences we hadn't had on previous trips here. He took us to an excellent restaurant where the food just kept coming and coming even though we were stuffed. We were never rushed. He even found time for us to go to a local shopping mall so my son could by a Napoli jersey. We loved Carmine.
Tour of my dream! My first time in Italy. I have been dreaming of a tour on the Amalfi Coast for many years and thanks to Carmine my dream came true. He took me and my cousin on what he called a "secret tour to the Carmine's Coast" ha ha ha beautiful scenes, beaches, towns, shops, FOOD! Excellent food!!! Carmine is very familiar with the area and described every inch of the road. We made stops for photo ops that came out so beautiful! The scenes were so unimaginable that it brought tears to my eyes. I love nature and this was the best experience of my life! I will treasure this tour in my heart forever!
The BEST part of our trip! We were in Italy for 10 days. We stayed in 3 cities and had day trips to 3 other areas. This tour of the Milky Mountains and Amalfi Coast with Carmine was the highlight of the trip! He was a fantastic guide, answered all of our questions, including those we didn't know we had. He was a wealth of information and was so accommodating to our wishes. He also had us laughing all day. He knew all the best places to stop for breathtaking views. He made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The lunch that was scheduled was the best meal we had on our trip (which is saying something!) Also, the advantages of a private tour over even a small group tour cannot be emphasized enough! This was an affordable option, especially considering the care and attention we received. If I ever have the opportunity to go back to Italy, I would not hesitate to contact Carmine to see what else he could do to make our trip better!
Say YES! To Carmine.... the Best tour guide EVER! Carmine picked up our group in Naples. As soon as we got into his incredibly comfortable van we knew we were in good hands. He is friendly, enthusiastic, and incredibly eager to share his love of the Amalfi Coast. We saw places we would have NEVER have discovered on our own. An animated storyteller and incredibly funny, Carmine was a joy to spend the day with. Lunch was incredible. The most beautiful location and view. And our bathroom stop transformed into an impromptu olive oil tasting! He knew the BEST (and secret) locations to take photos and was happy to stop whenever we asked. I bring small groups of guests to Italy. I have hired guides throughout the country. Some good. Some bad. Carmine is one if the best! I’ve hired him to be our guide when I bring a group back to the Amalfi Coast for several days this coming fall. And know our time with him will be a highlight!
