Wellness Spa Day(Roman Style)
Your body will thank you after a trip to this verdant thermal-spa complex. Built on the site of an ancient Roman prototype (spot the remnants in the bar), its steamy grottoes, mineral baths and pools are a soothing antidote to Naples’ muscle-tensing energy. Day passes must be booked via the website, where you can also book beauty treatments and massages.
Swimming caps are obligatory for use of the pools and can be purchased (along with a towel) for €8.

ITINERARY
Wellness Spa Day
A day of rest and relaxation. It is a large spa park nestled in the heart of the Campi Flegrei, a few steps from Naples. The complex, with swimming pools and wellness center, is located near Lucrino , on the border between the Municipalities of Bacoli and Pozzuoli, and is open both in winter and in summer. From the second century AD this place is aimed at the well-being of the body and the mind thanks to the therapeutic properties of the baths, which are characteristic of this territory of volcanic origin. These thermal baths are located on a crater so the water comes from a natural spring and they must wait till the water cools down before they can use it. No heating required here! The ideal time to spend inside is about 2 to 3 hours. You need to spend 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna or the hot pools, and then take a rest, or as much time as you like swimming or just chatting in the outside swimming pool. The bar is also great and does a great and inexpensive lunch. The ladies will show you round and explain everything and of course you can rent towels and toweling robes and buy a bathing cap which you must use. Or you can bring your own. GREAT if you have any kind of respiratory tract problem or a cold or whatever. You will always come out feeling new!  

Back to the pick up location between the hrs. of 4-5pm or otherwise stated upon agreement.

Transportation
One of our professional, knowledgeable English speaking driver guides will be waiting at pick up location (where you will be tendered) or location agreed at 8 am, or according to the agreed time. Your driver will be holding a sign with your or your party’s name on it.

• Ports (Pick up is normally 8am or otherwise agreed upon)
  Our escort driver will be waiting at the gangway of your cruise ship or outside the cruise ship terminal. The escort driver will be holding up a sign with the group’s name on it. The email that accompanies the voucher you receive at the time of booking will indicate the meeting point for each specific port. We recommend that you meet onboard before exiting the ship. This way you are all together when meeting your escort driver and the tour can commence much more efficiently. Otherwise, the wait time for others will be 20minutes, after which time the tour will proceed.
